Per Stoltz, is looking to strengthen the IN Groupe team with a talented System Administrator for our new office in Virum. Following our acquisition of a well-known company in Copenhagen, we are integrating its capabilities to enhance Denmark’s essential digital identity platform infrastructure, MitID. This platform ensures secure eID access to public and private services across the country.
You’ll be joining an office of around 200 people in a collaborative and international environment. We’re on an IT maturation journey, requiring close collaboration with our head office. With multiple systems operating under a TSA, exciting migration and consolidation projects lie ahead.

What you’ll do
As a System Administrator, you will manage, maintain, and optimize our IT systems in a broad, hands-on role. You will also lead migration and consolidation projects, working closely with our Groupe IT team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as the bridge between the business and IT.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
- Lead IT system migration and consolidation projects with the Groupe IT.
- Handle second- and third-line support tickets.
- Enhance security across our IT environment.
- Operate and maintain on-site IT infrastructure.
Some of our Tech Stack: Windows and VMWare, AD/Entra ID and DNS, Networking (Aruba, Cisco, Stormshield), Office 365 and Azure , IT security, project management.

Qualifications
- Experience with MFA, SAML, RBAC, and related systems.
- Experience with AD/Entra ID, GPOs, PowerShell, etc.
- Familiarity with Office 365, Azure, and similar platforms.
- Network management experience (CCNA or similar).
- Proficiency with VMWare tools (vCenter, vCloud, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead and structure IT projects, ensuring clear planning, execution, and successful delivery
