Per Majak, our Regional Sales Director of Nexus/IN Groupe Nordics and his team are looking for a new engaged and motivated colleague to join us! The mission will be to focus on acquiring new customers (hunter) in primarily the private sector. The full range of Nexus products and services will be in scope, encompassing digital and physical access solutions for people and things.

What you’ll do at Nexus
As a Sales Account Manager, your responsibilities will include establishing and growing Nexus’ business in the Nordic region, driving sales activities for the complete Nexus portfolio towards primarily enterprise customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating demand, generating leads, and engaging with C-level executives.
- Collaborating with various partners, including partner managers, marketing, product development, and colleagues, to enhance our presence and competitiveness in the Nordic market.
- Becoming the Nexus Nordic market ambassador and the de-facto "business consultant" for emerging opportunities.
- Maintaining and administrating projects/sales in the company's internal CRM, preparing sales forecasts, and reporting.
- Exploring and developing business opportunities with other Business Lines within IN Groupe when applicable.
- Meeting and exceeding set financial and strategic goals within the role.
Some of the Tools: Salesforce, Forecasting tools, Excel, Tender databases, LinkedIn/social media, and other ways to reach and build a network.
About you
- Are strategic, understanding your prospective customers' businesses to guide them towards long-term success.
- Excel in interpersonal skills, resolving issues constructively and professionally.
- Possess excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills, with a proactive and self-driven approach.
- Have a business-driven mindset, focusing on impact and making informed decisions aligned with company goals.
- Take ownership of your work, driving processes and projects independently while also empowering others.
- Enjoy traveling and value face-to-face meetings as tools for winning deals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales and/or partner sales in the Nordic region.
- Working proficiency in English and Swedish or other Scandinavian languages.
- Background in Tech, Cybersecurity Software, SaaS, PKI, Identity Management, IoT, or IT.
- Ability to travel and visit different stakeholders; B-driver license required.
- Familiarity with Sales Qualification Methodologies such as BANT and MEDDIC.
- You understand the Sales process with all it’s lovely complications, externally and internally.
