Oliver Wunderlich, our Sales Director, is looking to strengthen the team with a talented Partner Manager to join us in Germany.

What you’ll do at Nexus
As a Partner Manager, you will develop and maintain relationships with Nexus's key business partners in the DACH region.
- Identify, sign, onboard, enable, train, and develop new partners in the assigned region and field (DACH, Workforce, IoT).
- Support partners in building a new pipeline in cooperation with other Nexus Sales managers.
- Define, set up, and manage joint marketing, business development- and lead generation campaigns in close collaboration with the partner.
- Participate in trade shows & fairs, and represent Nexus in conferences and partner events.
- Create, report, and manage pipeline, forecast, and regular business reviews with partners and report/sync with Nexus Sales Management.
- Work closely with other Sales colleagues, Technical Account Managers, Presales, and other relevant peers within the Nexus team.
- Frequently travel within the assigned region.
- Building strong channel/partner business relationships with existing and new partners.
About you
- You work well with other people and relate to them in a responsive and smooth way. You understand the importance of listening, communicating, and resolving issues together in a constructive way.
- You know how to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. You ensure that hand-offs are correct and take pride in accuracy and precision. You are proactive and self-driven, and you are not afraid of taking initiative.

- You take responsibility for your work and independently structure the approach and drive processes and projects with minimal guidance. Still, you also know how to lead, motivate, and empower others with the capacity necessary to achieve common goals effectively.
- You embrace your strong networking and building relationships skills.
- You are able to handle difficult or unexpected situations in the workplace as well as complex business challenges.
Qualifications
- You are experienced in solution sales in selling complex IT / Software.
- You ideally possess a background in Tech, Cybersecurity Software, SaaS, Workforce, PKI, or IT.
- You have the ability to travel and possess a proactive mindset to visit different stakeholders.
- You possess a relevant and reliable business network within the DACH region.
- You have an interest in security and tech, have some experience or you are willing to learn.
- You possess a background in employee identity and access management solutions, card/ badge business, and related access management solutions, or have an interest and willingness to learn.
- You have a working proficiency level in English and German.
