Oliver Wunderlich, our Sales Director, is looking to strengthen the team with a talented Account Manager to join our DACH Sales team.

What you’ll do at Nexus
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and growing Nexus’ business in the DACH region SMB market.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create demand and generate leads within the SMB market.
- Cooperate with different partners to develop the SMB market.
- Collaborate internally to ensure sales deals are finished in a correct and timely way.
- Become the SMB market ambassador and ultimate expert.
- Lead and report on sales activity and forecasts to management
About you
- You work well with other people and relate to them in a responsive and smooth way. You understand the importance of listening, communicating, and resolving issues together in a constructive way.
- You know how to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. You ensure that hand-offs are correct and take pride in accuracy and precision. You are proactive and self-driven, and you are not afraid of taking initiative.
- You are business driven and own a positive growth mindset.
- You take responsibility for your work and independently structure the approach and drive processes and projects with minimal guidance. Still, you also know how to lead, motivate, and empower others with the capacity necessary to achieve common goals effectively.
- You embrace your strong networking and building relationships skills.
- You are able to handle difficult or unexpected situations in the workplace as well as complex business challenges.
Qualifications
- You are experienced in direct sales, partner management, or both in the DACH region.
- You have a working proficiency level in English and German.
- You possess a background in Tech, Cybersecurity Software, SaaS, or IT.
- You have the ability to travel and possess a proactive mindset to visit different stakeholders.
- You possess a relevant partner network.
- You have an interest in security and tech, have some experience or you are willing to learn.
