Nexus, a subsidiary of French IN Groupe, is a leader in identity & access management software solutions, with a headquartered in Stockholm and colleagues all around the world. We develop a range of security products that form the Nexus Smart ID platform. Through the Smart ID solution, we enable companies worldwide, of all sizes and from many different industries to issue and manage the lifecycle of trusted workforce identities as well as identities for workplace devices and the internet of things (IoT).
We are further increasing our investments in our fastest growing region in Southeast Asia. The plan is to increase our presence in the area with a new Technical Account Manager. This role will be stationed in Singapore, as a part of our talented sales team in Asia.
What will you be doing at Nexus?
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible in engaging and maneuvering large technically complex deals and managing all technical aspects of Nexus’ relationship with our customers and Partners.
You are a key member of our Asian sales team, and will actively contribute to team targets for the Nexus Public Key Infrastructure and Identity and Access Management product suites. You may also be asked to assist the support team for the onsite activities for our priority customers based in Southeast Asia.
- Serve as the technical lead before and after a sale, to help ensure customer /partner satisfaction
- Improve Nexus’ solution portfolio by sharing customer feedback with our engineering team.
- Showcase and conduct well thought-out and structured product trainings and proof-of-concepts
- Work together cross-functionally with Sales to grow the pipeline in the region.
- Support with and hold internal and external product trainings
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you are a go-getter with an interest for innovative technology and security topics. You possess deep knowledge about how to work in a Sales organization and how to make efficient decisions – you get things out!
You must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred) a minimum of 6 years’ experience within security tech doing sales, pre-sales and/or technical consulting. Familiarity with concepts like PKI, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) will be a definite plus.
