Burhan Dudhiawala, leading our Delivery & Support team, is seeking a skilled Security Consultant to join our Asian Delivery & Support team. In this role, you are responsible for providing advisory, architectural and technical expertise on deploying Nexus solutions to our clients across India, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand, the Middle East and Africa. A part of the responsibility is also to support priority customers in collaboration with technical experts from customers and partners.

What will you be doing at Nexus
As a Security Consultant at Nexus you will be the technical lead in our IoT and Workforce delivery projects. You will implement and configure our products, create high- and low-level designs, technical documentation and specifications.
You will make sure that our powerful services work with the client's existing infrastructure and that the set-up is properly done, to make sure we solve the customer’s need, adding value to them as well as for us. This is a people role, as much as a tech role, and you know that tech is useless if not properly set up and used.
This is a broad role and you will take part in POCs and assist the sales team with demos. You will work closely with all parts of Nexus, both locally and globally. This could mean escalating technical product issues to the Nexus Engineering department and working with them to achieve a resolution.
Even though much focus is on new deliveries, you will also handle change requests, extensions and support our existing long-term customers solution. This role will require you to be part of our 24:7 support rotation, for priority customers. You will be handling 2/3 level support issues, both onsite as well as offering remote assistance.
As mentioned, this is an international role, and we are offering flexible work hours – starting early to address South East Asia or extending to late evening to address Middle East & Africa.
Who are you?
We believe greatness comes in many forms, but we still have some idea of who you might be to succeed in this position.
To start, we think you have a BSc/B. E in computer science, IT or relevant field; MSc/MBA in business will be a plus.
You should also have several (5+) years of relevant experience within IT and cyber-security. Familiarity with concepts like PKI, Identity & Access Management, Hardware security modules (HSMs) will be a definite plus.
You should also have a background in project management with external clients, as a tech lead or tech resource.
