As Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Nexus you play a key part in ensuring our customers get the best solutions possible, supporting their digitalization strategy, secure their businesses and our society. We are now looking to strengthen our Sales team with one more fantastic TAM!

Johan Nylén, our Head of Technical Account Management, is currently looking to expand his team with one more fantastic TAM, located in Stockholm.

 

What will you be doing at Nexus

In the role as TAM at Nexus you will be focusing on our innovative Smart ID Workforce portfolio. Meaning that you will be working with the only comprehensive corporate ID solution currently on the market, that covers all types of identities, such as common access cards, RFID cards, key fobs, smart cards, and virtual smart cards for smart phones, tablets, and laptops. You are responsible for providing the technical expertise before, during and after a sale, for all our software and solutions of this offering.

Other than this you will also be doing tasks such as

  • Attending and represent Nexus Group towards our customers, prospects, analysts, partners, and professional’s exhibitions.
  • Support to the sales organization by handling technical discussions, presentations and trainings
  • Installation and deployment of our solutions and PoCs
  • Writing technical bids and answers tenders.
  • Communicate with Products owners on issues identified from field observations and customer feedback

The TAM role is a very important part of the Sales organization at Nexus and is responsible for managing all technical aspects of Nexus’ relationship with our customers and partners. You are a part of a cross-country Pre-Sales team, but are also working closely with other parts of the company - liaison with engineering, operations and our delivery teams to provide customer feedback and help improve Nexus solutions.


Who are you

OK, so who are we looking for? First, since we are talking about a techy role, we will be putting our faith in you - you will need to have a real technical knowledge and experience. With this we mean that you have worked with IT security before and have a firm understanding of the technical demands our customers put on us. We want you to have at least five years of relevant experience in a similar position with an educational background. If you also have experience in identity solutions like PKI, CMS, MFA/SSO, RFID and/or HSM, this is a great bonus!

Also, in this role you really need to enjoy working to sell. Previous experience working as Pre-Sales or as technical consultant, will give you an edge from the start.

Next, at Nexus we move fast, and you are therefore also a flexible type of person. This does not mean that you need to throw your principles out the window - but you do need to know how to adapt to changes, take initiatives and look for solutions to the challenges you face. We all know that technology evolves fast, and you are curious and a constant learner, seeking new information from inside and outside of Nexus.

Last, but not least - you need to be able to interact with global colleagues and partners. Nexus is a global company and you truly believe in cooperation and do not hesitate to collaborate to find your way, and therefore it is important that you can speak English well, besides being fluent in Swedish.
