Nexus Group, a subsidiary of French IN Groupe, is a leader for identity & access management software solutions, headquartered in Stockholm – but with colleagues around the world. We develop a range of security products that form the Nexus' Smart ID platform. Through the Smart ID solution, we enable companies worldwide of all sizes and from all industries to issue and manage the lifecycle of trusted workforce identities as well as identities for workplace devices and the internet of things (IoT).
We are looking to strengthen our talented and ambitious sales team in Asia with a new Technical Account Manager. Our Asian sales team are currently working from India and this role will be stationed in Mumbai/Pune.
What will you be doing at Nexus
As a Technical Account Manager at Nexus you will be responsible for engaging and maneuvering large technically complex deals. When meeting customers and Partners you are the person that provides top-quality expertise, managing all technical aspects of Nexus’ solutions. You will, together with the rest of our sales team, work the market and seek out new business opportunities and increase sales, both with existing and new customers.
At Nexus we work with the principle constant improvement, you will therefore also play an active role when it comes to collecting custumer feedback, sharing it with the relevant stakeholders within Nexus - like our engineering team - to help us ensure customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
As a key member of our Asian sales team, you will be actively contributing to the team targets for Nexus' Public Key Infrastructure and Identity and Access Management product suites.
A big part of your role will also be to showcase the value of Nexus solutions by conducting well thought-out and structured product training's and installing proof-of-concepts, for both internal and external use.
Who are you
Due to the complexity of our solutions, and the technical demand of our customers you should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).
We are primarily looking for someone with at least 6 years’ sales experience within Information Security, pre-sales or technical consulting. Familiarity with concepts like PKI, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) will be a definite plus. If you also have experience working with system integrators and/or OEMs for security products such as PKI, IoT security, and IAM, you will be on the top of our list!
We think that you have a go-getter attitude! You also really enjoy and truly believe in cooperation and do not hesitate to work until you find the best way forward. At Nexus, we move fast, and you are therefore also a flexible type of person. This does not mean that you need to throw your principles out the window - but you do need to know how to adapt to changes and you look for solutions to the challenges you face.
Lastly, Nexus is a global company, and you will interact both with local partners and global colleagues, therefore it is important that you are unhindered in business English.
