Nexus Group, a subsidiary of French IN Groupe, is a leader for identity & access management software solutions, headquartered in Stockholm – but with colleagues around the world. We develop a range of security products that form the Nexus' Smart ID platform. Through the Smart ID solution, we enable companies worldwide of all sizes and from all industries to issue and manage the lifecycle of trusted workforce identities as well as identities for workplace devices and the internet of things (IoT).
We are further increasing our investments in our fastest growing region in Asia - the Middle East. The plan is to grow our presence in the area and strengthen our Asian sales team with a new Technical Account Manager stationed in Dubai.
What will you be doing at Nexus
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible in engaging and maneuvering large technically complex deals, managing all technical aspects of Nexus’ relationship with our customers and Partners. You will work closely with the sales team and use your knowledge of the market to win new business and increase sales, both with existing and new customers.
You will be entrusted to provide top-quality technical expertise before and after a sale, to help ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships. You will also play an active role to improve Nexus solutions by sharing customer feedback with our engineering team.
At Nexus, everyone sells. As a key member of our Asian sales team, you will actively contribute to team targets for the Nexus' Public Key Infrastructure and Identity and Access Management product suites.
A big part of your role will also be to showcase the value of Nexus solutions by conducting well thought-out and structured product training's and proof-of-concepts. You may also be asked to assist the support team for the onsite activities for our priority customers based in the Middle east.
Who are you
Due to the complexity of our solutions, and the technical demand of our customers you should have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred).
We are looking for someone with at least 6 years’ experience in Information Security doing sales, pre-sales or technical consulting. Familiarity with concepts like PKI, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) will be a definite plus. If you also have experience working with system integrators and/or OEMs for security products such as PKI, IoT security, and IAM, that’s amazing!
